The brief:  to convert a small 60 sqm apartment in the heart of Tel Aviv into a bright, modern home for starting out in. 

The smaller the apartment, the bigger the challenge as every centimetre  counts and in this project especially, each and every centimetres of space was put to perfect use. 

We began by taking down every single wall and flipping the apartment completely, deciding to leave just one pillar standing, perfectly exposed and sturdy, like the spine of a book, to remind us of our journey. 

Having a client give you free license to create their space is every designers dream. Yet for me, the real dream is to find a way to bring even the most reluctant of clients into what is essentially their story. 

Through a collaborative process studying each space, it's function and flow, from work space, to living and chilling space, here is the result...
